To use Flash Charge, you must register an account. During registration, you will provide your cell phone number, password, and a username. We verify your identity by sending an SMS verification code. After registration, you can update your username, gender, birthday, and certification-related information—collectively called your "account information."

Providing additional information helps us offer personalized member benefits, such as birthday privileges. If you choose not to provide this information, you may miss out on some personalized benefits, but you can still use our recharge and charging features.

1.2 Providing Products and Services

1) Information You Provide

• Payment: When you pay for orders via Flash Charge, you may use third-party payment services (e.g., WeChat Pay, Alipay). These payment services do not collect your personal information directly, but we share your order and reconciliation details with them to confirm and complete your payment.
• Customer Service: When you contact our support team, we may record communication logs and use your account information to verify your identity. To assist you, we may access your order details or request additional information to process changes or resolve issues.

2) Information Collected During Service Use

To comply with laws, ensure service quality, and protect your account security, we collect relevant information generated during your use of our services, including:

• Log Information: We automatically collect details such as your IP address, browser type, language, operating system version, access time, and pages visited.
• Location Information: To help you find nearby charging stations, we use location-based services (LBS). With your device’s location permission enabled, we collect your location via GPS, IP address, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and base stations. You can disable location services on your device, but this may limit your ability to use location-based features.
• Device Information: We collect device details such as model, unique identifiers (IMEI, Android ID, IDFA, etc.), operating system, screen resolution, carrier, and hardware/software info. This helps us analyse usage patterns and prevent fraud. Our product integrates Youmeng+SDK, which collects device identifiers to provide analytics and anti-cheating features.

If you log into multiple devices with the same Flash Charge account, we may associate these devices to provide a consistent experience.

3) Information Collected Indirectly

If you log in using a third-party account (e.g., WeChat or Alipay), and after you agree to this Privacy Policy, we obtain shared information such as your avatar and nickname from the third party and link it to your Flash Charge account.

1.3 Security Uses

To protect you from fraud, phishing, viruses, and other security risks, we may combine your personal information with data from our affiliates and partners (with your authorization where required by law) to assess risks related to your account and transactions. This includes identity verification, fraud detection, and monitoring for violations of our policies.

• You can view your charging history in the app.
• For other information or corrections, please contact us.
• Some information, such as device data collected for security, cannot be accessed or corrected but may be deleted or anonymised upon request.

5.2 Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information if:

• We violate laws or regulations
• We collect or use your information without consent
• We breach our agreement with you
• You cancel your Flash Charge account
• We terminate our services

Deletion may take time to reflect in backup systems.

5.3 Changing or Withdrawing Consent

You can modify or withdraw your consent by changing privacy settings, disabling device features, or deleting information. Note that withdrawing consent may limit your access to certain services. Previously collected information will still be processed lawfully.

5.4 Account Cancellation

You may cancel your Flash Charge account at any time. After cancellation, we will stop providing services and delete your personal information unless retention is required by law.

5.5 Responding to Requests

If you cannot manage your information as described or believe we have violated your privacy rights, contact us. We may ask for identity verification and will respond within 30 days. We do not charge for reasonable requests but may charge for excessive or repetitive ones. We may refuse requests that are unlawful, impractical, or harmful to others.

• If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent before using our services.
• We protect minors’ information according to applicable laws.
• We only use or disclose minors’ data with parental consent or as legally required.
• If we discover unauthorized collection of minors’ information, we will delete it promptly.
